Construction Controller GC

Location: Metro Atlanta
Salary: Up to $145,000 plus bonus

We are looking for a Construction Controller with experience in General Contracting (GC) to join our team in Metro Atlanta. This is an in-office position where you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the success of our construction projects.

• Oversee all financial aspects of our construction projects
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform cost analysis and control
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to support project success
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls

• Proven experience as a Construction Controller or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong background in General Contracting (GC)
• Proficient in using construction software such as Vista, Procore, or SAGE 300/Timberline
• Excellent knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
