Job Details This role suits a customer-focused leader who combines business to business customer service knowledge with a passion for coaching people, solving problems, and delivering measurable improvements. Lead Customer Service Operations:
Oversee daily customer service activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, product complaints, returns, and support for the field sales team. Manage Team Performance:
Supervise and develop customer service staff, maintain training materials, and ensure consistent, accurate, and responsive customer support. Coordinate Sales and Demonstration Equipment:
Manage sales liaison activities and demonstration inventory, ensuring equipment is properly tracked, shipped, and returned for clinical trials, trade shows, and workshops. Improve Processes and Ensure Compliance:
Develop and maintain policies and procedures, improve operational workflows, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate contract reporting and administrative cost tracking. Support Cross-Functional Collaboration and Sales Tools:
Partner with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and train employees on sales data and reporting tools.
