• Proficient in core skills required for the Dental Assistant role
• Minimum of 2+ year dental assisting experience (required)
• Proficient in Dentrix practice management software
• Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and sterilization protocols
• Ability to take digital X-rays
• Strong understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Ability to anticipate doctor needs during procedures
• Efficient room turnover and operatory setup/breakdown
• Accurate charting and documentation
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
