Outpatient Heart Failure APP – Wellstar Kennestone Hospital
Join Wellstar Health System as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at the Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care in Marietta. This outpatient position focuses on advanced heart failure management for patients with severe heart failure and various types of cardiomyopathies.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a team of APPs and physicians specialized in advanced heart failure.
- Manage patients with severe heart failure, including those with cardiomyopathies, using advanced treatments and the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care and coordinate treatment plans for advanced heart failure patients.
- ACNP or PA license.
- Experience in Cardiology and/or Advanced Heart Failure.
- Board certification in Cardiology, Advanced Practice, or related specialty preferred.
