Join the Wellstar Health System as an Outpatient Anesthesiologist.
OverviewWellstar Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Anesthesiologist to join our Ambulatory Anesthesia team supporting several outpatient facilities in metro Atlanta. The role is part of a dedicated anesthesia care team that provides world‑class care for a diverse range of surgical services.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Provide anesthesia care at Wellstar Acworth Health Park ASC, Wellstar East Cobb Health Park ASC, Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital Surgery Center, and the Pediatric Imaging Center.
- Manage a variety of cases, including orthopedics (total joint), general surgery, hand surgery, GYN, GI, healthy pediatrics, ENT, pediatric sedation for imaging, Urology, and other procedures.
- Work the standard schedule 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; no weekend or on‑call duties.
- Comfortable caring for both pediatric patients and adults from 3 months of age upward.
- Board certified or board‑eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) and willing to recertify as required; pediatric fellowship trained.
- Collaborate with a team of 7 anesthesiologists and 10 full‑time anesthetists.
