As a School Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the school. Ideal candidates for this position will be a focused, high-energy, innovative leader with a proven track record for motivating team members in accomplishing and exceeding established goals. An applicant should have proven success in coaching & developing team members to meet expected standards, in being a leader in change implementation and in taking the initiative as an empowered business leader.

Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in licensed childcare center required;
  Service-oriented work experience a plus.
• Minimum 2 years management experience required; childcare center management preferred but we will consider staff management experience in a different field.
• Completion of a 40-hour course of directors training that meets eligibility requirements with Bright from the Start (BFTS).
• Comprehensive working knowledge of child behavioral and developmental stages.
• Experience with Georgia Bright from the Start Inspections or audits.

Full Time

• Have flexibility to work between 6:30AM and 6:30 PM, Monday
  - Friday.
