Martial Arts Instructor – Premier Martial Arts International

Full‑time Instructor position focused on delivering high‑energy, benefit‑driven, and “edutaining” classes that inspire students to pursue their best selves.

An Instructor with Premier Martial Arts (PMA) is a passionate, outgoing, and leadership‑driven individual who teaches and motivates students while continuously learning.

• Lead instruction of high‑energy, benefit‑driven, and “edutaining” classes.
• Assist with student tracking, rankings, and reporting to determine graduation windows and overall progress.
• Create curriculum that follows PMA guidelines for instruction.
• Organize and execute student graduation classes.
• Collaborate with the Head Instructor to complete class planning and management.
• Assist with initiatives and activities, including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsor ships.
• Participate in special events as scheduled.
• Deliver successful class management and student development, including group intros, drills for skills, inclusion of Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson program, life lesson BBE Mat chats, and stripe tests.

• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and a can‑do attitude.
• Strong desire to make an impact.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who runs efficient and effective classes and training sessions.
• Communicate clear decisions, next steps, and accountability.
