As an Lead Teacher at the Primrose School of Sprayberry at East Cobb, you’ll create a fun, safe environment and guide infants through preschool ages as they grow their ability to absorb new content and learn.

Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
Work with your co‑teacher to implement the lesson plans from the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Maintain a well‑kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and build confidence.
Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
Qualifications- Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency
- Child Development Associate (CDA), TCC, Associates, or BS in related field
- Previous teaching experience in a licensed early childhood education, PreK, daycare, child care or similar
- Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with handling of children for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergency situations
