PreSchool Curriculum Coordinator

Overview

Goal: To support teachers in planning and implementing daily curriculum by helping to meet their needs, provide excellent communication to parents, and work as a team player with a staff of directors.

• A Bachelor’s or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
• A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program or elementary classroom
• An prior experience as a Curriculum Co-ordinator is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Mentor and guide teachers to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Understands and has strong working knowledge of Early Childhood Program and its standards
• Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team and communicates with them effectively
• Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure standards implementation and delivery
• Effectively communicate with teachers the feedback and make sure required changes are implemented in lesson plans and classrooms
• Assist with various administrative tasks in the front office on daily basis
• Proper communication with parents, teachers, and staff

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
