** Marietta, GA (Office/Training Center Based with Travel)   
** Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week** , where you’ll help build the skills and safety awareness of engineers and customers working with advanced conveyor and sortation systems.
** About the Role

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Education or Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering or 5+ years of hands-on experience as a
** field service or maintenance technician
** working with mechanical or electromechanical systems.
** Technical Background**:
Solid experience in the
** installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
** of mechanical or electromechanical equipment—ideally in industrial or automation environments.
** Industry Experience**:
Familiarity with
** conveyor systems, sortation equipment, or similar automated machinery
** is a strong advantage.
** Controls Knowledge**:
Exposure to
** control systems or industrial software
** is a plus, though not required. :
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
** Instructional Experience**:
Prior experience delivering technical training, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
** Digital

Skills:

** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with e-learning platforms or digital training tools is a bonus.
