Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Ensure safe operation and longevity of mechanical equipment and facilities
- Conduct technical audits and investigations; communicate findings effectively
- Provide guidance on lubrication, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance tools
- Serve as a key user of CMMS systems and support WCM initiatives
- Maintain detailed records and analyze data for trends and improvements
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and support cross-functional maintenance teams
- Manage change activities and recommend upgrades for obsolete equipment
- Collaborate with production management to resolve mechanical failures
- Assist in planning outages, shutdowns, and special projects
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2- or 4-year degree in a relevant field
- 5–10 years of plant experience, with a focus on maintenance
- Certification in vibration analysis (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
- Certification in lubrication (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
- Strong knowledge of rotating/reciprocating equipment, vibration analysis, and basic electrical systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Ability to train others and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with fluids product handling and predictive maintenance techniques
