Staff Industrial Engineer
What You Will Be DoingIn this technical lead role you will:
- Be an Industrial Engineering thought leader across the enterprise.
- Develop and define Next Gen Industrial Engineering processes and procedures in support of Advanced Development Programs (ADP).
- Apply advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze business processes to improve cost, schedule, staffing and capacity across the Advanced Development Program line of business.
- Interrogate data systems and look for opportunities to surface problems and drive improvements.
- Drive process improvement efforts to include ensuring adoption and obtainment of intended results.
- Train stakeholders and peers.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering or science related discipline
- Industrial Engineering experience
- Excel Macros, Access database knowledge, digital production metric displays
- Experience with SAP, 3DX, or Teamcenter
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments
- Aircraft Production Experience and/or New Production Program Experience
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience. Understanding of S-Curves, Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
- Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
