Step into a meaningful role as an experienced Civil Engineer where you can do impactful work without sacrificing balance. You’ll tackle a steady mix of small box commercial sites, large scale solar and battery storage projects, and stormwater design efforts. • Apply your practical engineering experience to solve complex challenges with confidence.
• Design potable water and wastewater systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway layouts, and other land development components with accuracy and efficiency.

• Take ownership of projects from entitlement through construction.
• Coordinate teams, schedules, and resources to keep projects progressing smoothly and predictably.

• Navigate multiple permitting processes across various agencies with confidence.
• Use local knowledge to streamline approvals on both large scale developments and compact commercial infill sites.

• Build long term relationships, internally and externally, through clear communication and dependable delivery.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s steady, sustainable growth.
• Deliver high quality work that reflects your expertise and strengthens our reputation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university.
• EIT required, PE preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro
