As a Manufacturing Engineer in Skunk Works, you will play a critical role as liaison between our design engineering teams and the production team responsible for building tomorrow’s future in an advanced manufacturing and technology facility. This position involves working 2nd shift (M-Th 4pm – 2:30am) with the ability to operate independently on the factory floor, making critical decisions and driving initiatives with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech hardware.

Technical lead on design reviews, process improvement initiatives.

Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance per business requirements Desired Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Master’s degree or coursework in Model-Based Engineering (MBE) or Systems Engineering.
5-8 years of professional experience related to role.

Influencing decisions without formal authority

Understanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model, requirements flow-down, and verification & validation (V&V) processes.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
