Job Description You will be the Applications Engineer Senior
- Level 3 for the Advanced Manufacturing Technology team which is responsible for pioneering cutting‑edge manufacturing solutions.

What You Will Be Doing As the Applications Engineer Senior
- Level 3 you will be responsible for driving the development, integration, and validation of advanced manufacturing technologies that improve production efficiency and capability.

Your responsibilities will include:

Serve as a subject matter expert on complex automation and robotic systems.

Execute project‑management functions for both government‑funded and internally‑funded Advanced Manufacturing Technology projects, including budget and schedule oversight, status reporting, and cost‑benefit analysis.

Provide technical status updates and troubleshoot issues for Production Operations build areas supporting AMT projects.

Engage in direct collaboration with shop‑floor personnel to prototype, test, and validate new technology concepts.

This position is in Marietta, GA.Gathers information concerning the capabilities of company products; investigates the technical capabilities of company products and competing equipment; stays abreast of developments in hardware and software; analyzes customer problems; assists in designing systems to satisfy customer needs. Prepares equipment analysis to instruct sales force and customers in equipment capabilities. May prepare and present sales proposals.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Work experience in Applications, Manufacturing, Process, Robotics or other related Engineering field
• Experience in technical problem solving within manufacturing with exposure to prototyping new ideas
• Project management experience working with cross-functional teams
