Are you a highly driven individual with a passion for customer service and a sharp attention to detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers? Ed Voyles Hyundai is looking for a professional and motivated Service BDC Representative to join our growing service team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Accurately process customer payments and handle cashier duties
• Support the service advisors and team with administrative tasks
• Maintain organized records and ensure all customer interactions are documented
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in a high-volume setting

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Previous experience in a dealership, BDC, or cashier role is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
