Our client has an immediate need for a skilled FP&A Analyst to support their finance team. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel expertise, hands-on experience with Net Suite, and a strong background in both brick-and-mortar and online retail operations. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance trends and variances.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Net Suite and other financial systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements within FP&A functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proficiency in Net Suite ERP and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
• Experience in both physical retail and e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
