Multi-generation billion dollar family is seeking an associate to help manage the daily operations of the family office. This individual will play a key role in maintaining efficient systems, accurate financial reporting, and clear communication across family and advisor networks. The role involves close collaboration with executives, handling confidential information, and contributing to the management of investments, events, and charitable initiatives.
In addition to administrative and financial responsibilities, this position will support planning and hosting corporate events - many of which involve outdoor activities such as hunting, clay shooting, and target shooting. Candidates should be comfortable assisting with logistics and hospitality for these events in a professional and organized manner.
- Track and report on the family’s private equity and investment portfolio
- Maintain accurate and confidential family and financial records
- Support basic accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
- Use Excel and related tools to analyze data and generate clear, actionable reports
- Manage documents, workflows, and internal systems to improve back-office efficiency
- Prepare presentations and materials for family members on financial and operational matters
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and general office logistics
- Assist with philanthropic activities, including grants, donation tracking, and reporting
- Assist with planning and hosting corporate events, including outdoor gatherings, hunting trips, and target shooting
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work
- Communicate professionally with family members, advisors, and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and cloud tools (One Drive, SharePoint)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
