In this position, you will work on-site from a Turbo Tax location, collaborating with a team of financial experts to assist customers both in-person and virtually. Your main responsibility will be comprehensive tax return preparation and offering expert tax advice and software support. You'll work closely with specialists in business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Your ability to understand each customer's unique circumstances and establish a personal connection is essential, as taxes can often be overwhelming. Whether helping with a straightforward W-2 filing, guiding clients through major life changes, or addressing complex tax scenarios, your role is to be a knowledgeable guide and support system. You will also be instrumental in expanding Turbo Tax's client base within the community, attracting and retaining clients while building lasting relationships.

• Provide Tax Expertise:
  Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for Turbo Tax clients, addressing both simple and complex tax situations while utilizing professional tools and resources.
• Community Engagement:
  Adopt a community ambassador mindset to grow a local customer base, organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
• Full Intuit Ecosystem Champion:
  Guide clients through their financial journey by identifying additional Intuit services that may benefit them, enhancing their overall experience.
• Build Long-Term Relationships:
  Foster trust and understanding with clients to transform one-time transactions into ongoing loyalty.

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or practicing attorney preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience filing a substantial number of federal and state individual tax returns using professional software.
• Willingness to expand skillset into additional services (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll).
• Ability to work on-site during business hours (minimum 20 hours per week).
