• Perform 50‑minute facials, Microdermabrasion, hair removal, and other skincare services.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to help clients and promote the benefits of facials.
• Recommend product purchases and appropriate facial frequency.
• Maintain compliance with all local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Hold professional liability insurance.
• Understand all spa services and product lines relevant to estheticians.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional and clean work environment, and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
