• Lead and manage the clinic, including overseeing clinic staff
• Conduct tours for prospective clients and families to show facilities
• Oversee scheduling and ensure proper ABA therapy implementation
• Provide training for clients' families
• Maintain decorum and ensure smooth operation of the clinic
• Oversee a caseload of clients

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership qualities
• At least 2 years of clinical BCBA experience
