Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center invites applications for the Licensed Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager position. This role combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities in a modern outpatient sports and orthopedic clinic located in Marietta, GA.

• Supervise and mentor physical therapists and support staff.
• Provide direct patient care and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Support a collaborative and positive clinic environment.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Georgia PT license (or pending).
• Strong clinical skills and interest in leadership.
