Human Resources Generalist

We are a boutique size fast paced law firm looking for a HR generalist. This position does involve travel between both of our locations. We have an office in Marietta and Douglasville, so if you cannot travel to both, please do not apply.

• Recruitment and onboarding:
  Manage the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Employee relations:
  Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Performance and development:
  Assist with performance evaluations, provide feedback, set goals, and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Compensation and benefits:
  Administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, process payroll, and help with compensation-related decisions.
• Compliance and policy:
  Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, enforce company policies, and handle issues related to employee records and documentation.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a HR generalist
• Must be able to travel between Douglasville and Marietta
• Expected to be well versed on Georgia Labor laws and ensure the company is compliant

The salary range is from $55,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience
