HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with progressive Human Resources expertise to join our team. This role is essential in supporting a wide range of HR functions and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices. The HR Generalist will play a key role in advancing organizational goals and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Partner with leadership on cross‑functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance on performance management processes, including documentation, feedback tools, and process adherence.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to identify trends in turnover, engagement, and employee relations; recommend solutions or improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HR regulations.
• Maintain and update HRIS system and other HR software platforms for accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Administer HR programs such as unemployment, onboarding, leave of absence, and workers' compensation in a timely, efficient manner.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR‑related training sessions for employees and managers. Serve as an HR contact for assigned departments, providing consistent and accurate guidance on HR policies and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2‑3 years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
