Regional Staffing Specialist
Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Regional Staffing Specialist who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.
The Regional Staffing Specialist proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions, identifies and screens candidates, and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. They also seek new business opportunities to place candidates from the company’s database.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Travel area includes GA, SC, NC, TN, and VA.
Compensation and Benefits- $42,000 Salary + Commissions
- Weekly pay period every Friday

- Interact with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks
- Craft and send recruiting emails and SMS texts
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Analyze resumes accurately
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Interview candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments
- Complete employment reference checks on candidates
- Schedule candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain an up-to-date and effective candidate database
- Generate or identify leads for new business
- Proven work experience recruiting, staffing sales, or a similar role (1 year or more)
- Hands‑on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding time‑management abilities
- Ability to work individually or on teams as required
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
