Job Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help recruit and screen candidates. This role focuses on finding, contacting, and qualifying applicants for open positions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in HR or recruiting.
Responsibilities- Post job openings on Indeed and other platforms
- Review resumes and applications
- Contact candidates by phone, text, or email
- Schedule interviews
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Update hiring records and reports
- Communicate clearly with candidates and team members
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, job platforms)
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable talking to candidates by phone
- Recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required
- Training will be provided
