The Hospital Authority of Miller County is seeking an HR Manager to assist the Director with daily HR operations, recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy compliance.
You will develop and implement HR procedures, guide leaders, oversee training, leave management, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining accurate personnel records. Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of progressively responsible HR experience required.
