* About the Role:

*** We are seeking an HR Manager for our Marietta, GA, facility, a leading manufacturer of quality tea. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing a broad spectrum of human resources functions within the organization and serves as frontline operational support and an internal business partner. This role involves leading HR initiatives, advising leadership on HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

**** Foster strong partnerships with operations and production teams to drive business results while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
* Provide expert advice and coaching to department managers and front-line leadership on HR-related matters, including attendance management, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline.
* Lead labor relations efforts, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and collaboration with union representatives to maintain a productive and respectful labor environment.
