Job SummaryFunctions under the direction of the IT Manager, the Senior Application Analyst provides advanced system‑level support of multi‑user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and end‑user support of complex systems. The role requires advanced knowledge of systems analysis, project management concepts, and the ability to lead and participate in project planning sessions, establish project goals and milestones, and manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
The analyst works closely with project leaders on all aspects of project planning to meet deadlines, promotes excellent customer service, and collaborates with outside departments to educate and train on current applications.
- Initiative and Ownership – Takes responsibility for tasks without being prompted, meets deadlines early, and independently adapts knowledge to new challenges.
- Decision Making & Judgment – Gathers information, seeks input, evaluates solutions, and implements the correct solution while communicating decisions and evaluating outcomes.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Required Minimum ExperienceMinimum 5 years in technology, with healthcare or a related industry experience.
Required Minimum Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork, constructive feedback, and teamwork support.
- Multi‑tasking, independent work, attention to detail, and guidance for others.
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting with solution provision.
- Opportunity identification and improvement planning.
- In‑depth application support knowledge, primary resource for >1 application module.
- Business‑to‑technical translation for application implementation.
