Wellstar Health System invites applications for the Sr Application Analyst – Epic Community Connect – Radiant/Cupid role. Our mission is to enhance the health and well‑being of every person we serve by combining compassion, excellence, and innovation.

Functions under the direction of the IT Manager, the Senior Application Analyst provides advanced system‑level support of multi‑user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and end‑user support of complex systems. The role requires advanced knowledge of systems analysis, project management concepts, and the ability to lead and participate in project planning sessions, establish project goals and milestones, and manage multiple projects of varying complexity.

The analyst works closely with project leaders on all aspects of project planning to meet deadlines, promotes excellent customer service, and collaborates with outside departments to educate and train on current applications.

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Minimum 5 years in technology, with healthcare or a related industry experience.
