Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of a major EHR system across affiliated medical practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams (5–7 members) through full project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, and timelines; manage scope changes as needed.
• Estimate and manage internal and external resource needs.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable tasks; assign and track ownership.
• Resolve conflicts, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate training and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and foster accountability.
• Build relationships critical to project success.
• Deliver updates, documentation, and presentations.
• Contribute to key project deliverables such as policies, RFPs, and org charts.
• Support documentation and contract-related processes during execution.

Details:

Full-time, direct-hire based in metro Atlanta. Expect up to 75% local on-site work at client locations, with remote flexibility when meetings aren't required. Some relocation support may be available.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of project management experience, including software rollouts
• Strong experience with Epic Community Connect.
• Matrix team leadership experience
• Strong project management tools/methodologies
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
