CENCO Claims is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential and commercial property claims in and around Marietta, GA. This is a field-based role with consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess property damage

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate software

• Take detailed photos and document findings clearly

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carriers

• Submit complete and timely claim files in accordance with guidelines

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Strong understanding of property damage assessment and repair

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

• Georgia or designated home state adjuster license

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in property claims adjusting
