• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Conduct policy reviews to optimize coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients.
• Assist clients with claims and policy adjustments, ensuring a smooth process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and networking.
• Educate clients on insurance options and risk management strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Valid Georgia insurance license (Property & Casualty) is required.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
