Associate Attorney

Overview

Nichols Injury Law, P.C., a plaintiff-focused personal injury firm in Marietta, Georgia, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. We represent clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, and tractor-trailer cases.

As an Associate Attorney at Nichols Injury Law, P.C., you will play a key role in advocating for injured clients and ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both onsite at our Marietta office and remotely.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with senior attorney and staff to develop case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission (and good standing) with the Georgia Bar.
• 0–3 years of litigation or personal injury experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to client service and a passion for helping injured individuals.
