Paralegal

Turner Ross Germain, a growing law firm based in Marietta, Georgia, is seeking an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of paralegal or litigation support experience, preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or related practice areas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation case files, coordinating e-filing in state and federal courts, drafting and responding to discovery, and ensuring all deadlines and documentation stay on track.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and help bring structure and clarity to digital and physical filing systems.
• Take ownership of caseload, maintaining organization and ensuring timely and accurate case progress.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of paralegal or litigation support experience, preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or related practice areas.
• Familiarity with procedural rules and filing requirements across Georgia state and local courts.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Technical proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
