Associate Attorney ( Hybrid

We are a civil litigation law firm. Our mission is to provide competent, efficient, and effective representation of our clients through all phases of civil litigation.

We are looking for a new Associate Attorney to join our team. Your role will be to handle all phases of civil litigation and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

As a member of the litigation team, you will work with partners, other associates, and support and report to a mentor.

• take and defend party and witness depositions
• take and defend expert depositions
• prepare substantive motions
• argue motions
• attend hearings
• draft discovery responses
• attend bench trials
• attend jury trials
• handle and assist with appeals

Our ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctor
• Admission to the Georgia Bar
• Some litigation experiance
• Legal Research & Writing skills
• Legal Document Preparation skills and experience
• Hardworking

Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus/commission. We offer the following benefits:
