Overview
Plaintiff car & truck accident law firm seeking a PI paralegal. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and research and analysis skills. Must be a team player and experienced in all aspects of vehicular injury claims; pre-litigation and post-litigation phases; demand packages, complaint, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Friendly and professional office environment appreciative of teamwork contribution of individual members.
Responsibilities- Assist with all aspects of vehicular injury claims, including pre-litigation and post-litigation work.
- Prepare demand packages, complaints, and discovery requests; assist with motions and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure timely and accurate case progression.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Experience in vehicular injury claims and a proven team player
