We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Marietta, GA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a professional with experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing transportation, documentation, and vendor relationships.

• Coordinate transportation and shipping activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage vendor communications and maintain strong carrier relationships.
• Assist with dispute resolution and shipment issue tracking.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
• Support daily logistics operations and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to transportation activities.

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, supply chain, or a related operations role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must pass a background check.
