Debone Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Pack products that exceed customer and industry quality expectations, while improving sales yields on all product lines
• Prevent food safety and foreign material incidents
• Responsible for directing, controlling, and coordinating all aspects of plant production in order to maximize the profitability for the company
• Work with team members to develop good working relationships and high moral through a quality training and communication program
• Develop and maintain compensation for the Debone department based on production
• Responsible for all debone training and techniques used
• Ensure Debone is working with good cutlery and that it is maintained and sharpened as needed
