Our client is a global manufacturer specializing in precision components and advanced injection molding technologies. The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and supporting production processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with either formal technical training or deep practical experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial systems.
Basepay range
$34.00/yr - $37.00/yr
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair production and facility equipment across the plant
- Troubleshoot and fix issues involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems
- Support new product launches through robotic path development and equipment programming
- Follow preventive and predictive maintenance schedules (e.g., via Maintain
X) - Work with equipment such as conveyors, robots, chillers, motors, and EOATs
- Identify root causes of equipment/process failures and propose lasting solutions
- Perform equipment calibration to ensure compliance with process control standards
- Keep accurate logs and documentation of all maintenance activities
- Support production team members with equipment use and maintenance best practices
- Always adhere to plant safety and quality standards
We’re open to candidates from two experience pathways:
Option 1 – Early-Career with Formal Training- Industrial Maintenance degree or certification from a technical school or hands-on trade program (not online)
- 0–2 years of related industrial maintenance experience
- No formal degree required, but at least 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills—both electrical and mechanical
- Experience with industrial controls, injection molding, robotics, or PLCs preferred
- Basic computer skills and comfort with Windows-based systems
- Self-starter with solid organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as part of the schedule
