The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and supporting production processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with either formal technical training or deep practical experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial systems.

Base

pay range

$34.00/yr - $37.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair production and facility equipment across the plant
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems
  • Support new product launches through robotic path development and equipment programming
  • Follow preventive and predictive maintenance schedules (e.g., via Maintain

    X)
  • Work with equipment such as conveyors, robots, chillers, motors, and EOATs
  • Identify root causes of equipment/process failures and propose lasting solutions
  • Perform equipment calibration to ensure compliance with process control standards
  • Keep accurate logs and documentation of all maintenance activities
  • Support production team members with equipment use and maintenance best practices
  • Always adhere to plant safety and quality standards
Qualifications

We’re open to candidates from two experience pathways:

Option 1 – Early-Career with Formal Training
  • Industrial Maintenance degree or certification from a technical school or hands-on trade program (not online)
  • 0–2 years of related industrial maintenance experience
Option 2 – Experienced Technician
  • No formal degree required, but at least 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills—both electrical and mechanical
  • Experience with industrial controls, injection molding, robotics, or PLCs preferred
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with Windows-based systems
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as part of the schedule
