Lockheed Martin – Marietta, GA
What You Will Be Doing- Manage Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop, and Component Paint processes on the C130J Program.
- Lead culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost, and schedule obligations for a team of 130 employees, including 15 salaried employees and 115+ artisans/mechanics.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Earned Value Management experience.
- Experience leading on a legacy, tooling‑controlled aircraft platform.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize assignments.
- Experience driving a culture of continuous improvement through PMT & IPT.
- Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
