• Increase spares orders.
• Follow up with previous customers and use existing data to contact current customers.
• Use new orders to solicit additional spares orders.
• Upsell by suggesting complementary parts as options on quotes.
• Promote spares interest through various methods: website, mailers, customer contact, etc.
• Work to increase closure rates.
• Ensure all inquiries are acknowledged the same day.
• Issue proposals within 48 hours unless different customer expectations apply.
• Follow up on every quote.
• Track and analyze lost proposals to identify improvement steps.
• Increase spares margins by knowing real costs, adjusting prices, and developing a pricing system.
• Identify where costs can be lowered by comparing vendors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering correct parts on time.
• Process orders promptly and accurately, including complete descriptions and vendor info.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and/or shop to confirm delivery times.
• Communicate with customers for updates and status.
• Operate with dignity and respect in the workplace.
• Function as a team member and adhere to EEO principles.
• Report to work on time and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Accountable for all concerns within scope of work; report issues accordingly.
• Follow safe work practices and keep work area clean.
• Ensure compliance with waste management protocols.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hand protection, ear protection, and appropriate clothing.

• High school diploma or GED and three months related experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write safety and operational documents.
• Basic math skills including percentages, proportions, and basic algebra.
• Problem-solving ability and understanding of mechanical concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visual Manufacturing Software, AutoCAD, and internet use.
• Computer and general office equipment familiarity.
• No certificates or licenses required.

• Talking and hearing frequently required.
• Standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects often required.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities needed include color, close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Primarily office environment; occasionally exposure to manufacturing area conditions such as temperature variations, fumes, or airborne particles.
• Noise levels may be loud, requiring hearing protection.
