Lead our Indigo Department operations while maintaining hands‑on expertise with HP Indigo digital presses. You’ll supervise a team of skilled operators while personally operating equipment to ensure consistent, high‑quality production of digital heat transfers.
What You’ll Do- Lead & develop a team of Indigo Operators (Levels 1‑3) across shifts.
- Operate HP Indigo digital presses to produce premium heat transfers.
- Manage daily operations including staffing, workflow, and production KPIs.
- Maintain equipment through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure safety compliance and foster a positive team culture.
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required:
- HP Indigo press experience and certification (Level 3 preferred).
- 3+ years digital printing or similar production experience.
- 2+ years supervisory/team leadership experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and color perception.
- Proven ability to lead and develop team members.
- Proficiency with production management software.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception).
- Comfortable working in moderate to loud environment with moving machinery.
- Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $34/hr.
