Direct hire opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise & lead second shift production operations (leading a team up to 15 associates)
- Assign work, manage labor and monitor employee workflow to ensure production is met
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot, monitor and report production issues
- Printing experience preferred
- Previous experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality practices
- Basic computer skills
