AtWork Personnel is looking for experienced Screen Printers to join a high-volume heat transfer printing plant. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with screen preparation, ink mixing, and operating heat transfer presses to produce high‑quality prints on textiles and other materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production setting, and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.

• Screen Preparation & Setup:
  Coat, burn, and reclaim screens to ensure optimal printing quality.
• Printing Operations:
  Operate manual and automatic screen‑printing presses for heat transfer applications.
• Ink Mixing & Color Matching:
  Prepare and mix inks to achieve accurate colors, adjusting consistency for optimal print quality.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect printed materials for defects, ensuring proper registration, color accuracy, and adhesion.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
  Identify and resolve printing issues, clean and maintain equipment, and ensure the work area remains organized.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1-2 years of screen‑printing experience, preferably in a heat transfer printing environment.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Knowledge of screen coating, exposure units, ink types, squeegee selection, and press adjustments.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong eye for color accuracy, print alignment, and overall quality control.
• Work Ethic:
  Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

• 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm $16/hour
• 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:30pm $16.50/hour
• 3rd Shift Mon-Fri 10:00pm-6:30am $17/hour
