About the Role:

The Production Lead provides hands-on leadership and operational support to ensure daily manufacturing activities run safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production targets, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Oversee daily production activities, assign tasks, coordinate resources, and ensure production schedules and targets are met.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to employees while promoting accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production performance, minimize downtime, support equipment startups and changeovers, and address operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, housekeeping requirements, and applicable food safety standards.
• Verify product quality and ensure required inspections, production checks, and documentation are completed accurately and consistently.
• Communicate production status, staffing needs, equipment concerns, and shift handover information while coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and management.
• Identify production issues, implement corrective actions within assigned authority, and support initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

This is a full-time permanent role on the 2nd shift, with a starting base pay of $ per hour plus a $0.60 per hour shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
