This position will be responsible for managing marketing strategies for multiple brands.

• MUST have 5+ yrs of experience in marketing AND interior design industry.
• Must be positive, energetic, and have strong leadership skills.
• Must be able and willing to travel regularly to our studios across the country.
• Product development marketing is a plus!

• Set brand strategy, influence functional tactics, and drive the operationalization of bringing the plans to fruition.
• Ensure brand consistency and deep understanding of the customer, competitive and marketing landscape.
• Manage a significant brand & creative budget designed to deliver specific brand awareness and engagement platforms.
• Find new collaboration opportunities with licensees, influencers, retailers, and content creators.
• Effectively manage brand strategy through partner agencies, including drafting strategic and creative briefs, establishing objectives, and providing ongoing guidance.
• Onboard new product lines; overseeing contract negotiations, product development, and product launch.
