Our Fitness Marketing & Sales Directors are passionate about the value martial arts and fitness add to people’s lives. They are fully invested in marketing and selling martial arts lessons to the entire community. A successful Director can double a studio’s gross income. They are the first and most important contact prospective students have with a school, and must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable.

Detail oriented and organized is key! No prior martial arts experience is required.

• Execute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotions
• Follow and complete daily task and business statistics tracking in the Management Manual
• Drive marketing programs to increase student membership sales
• Assist with facility management: ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and upholds brand standards
• Coordinate and execute community events such as Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out, and White Belt Buddy Bash to engage prospective students/clients
• Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsor ships
• Accomplish new membership monthly goals
• Accomplish upgrade goals for all upgrade programs
• Sell 90%-100% of equipment packages of Basic, Black Belt, Premier Training, and any other programs
• Accomplish overall studio revenue goals through down payments, paid‑in‑full, equipment packages, miscellaneous pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees, and events
