• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In
• Design and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to increase brand visibility and generate leads
• Participate in marketing events and activities to promote the company and its services

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
