You’ll bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients ‑ and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you’ll:

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence‑based, individualized care.
• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality care across the system.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

Licensure &

Certifications:

• Active RN License (compact or single‑state) required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications ‑ required and ready to roll!

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting

Skills:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
