- Patient charting and follow up completed in the clinic during the shift, no taking work home
- Provide Primary and Family evidenced‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
- Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routing examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.
- Minimum of one year as a Nurse Practitioner;
Family Medicine or primary care experience preferred. - Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Evidence‑based care inclusive of pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, providing evidence‑based counseling.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish (or other languages) where required by market.
- BLS certification, including CPR and AED use.
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when required.
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and State license.
- or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) with current National Board Certification and State license.
- EPIC experience.
The typical pay range for this role is $41.85 - $90.13 per hour/annually. This range reflects the base hourly rate or full‑time salary; the actual offer will depend on experience, education, and geography. The position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
